Mimine began as an online bakery, crafting organic celebration cakes with love and intention. But what started in the kitchen quickly grew into something more, a physical space where imagination, community, and sweetness come together.

Today, Mimine is a lifestyle destination for modern families. Home to our elegant bakery café, the imaginative Speelstad indoor role-play playground, our small scale BSO and cozy private celebrations, Mimine brings people together in meaningful ways.

A PLACE FOR CHILDREN, FAMILIES, AND MEANINGFUL MOMENTS
After more than a decade in luxury hospitality, Laetitia felt the desire to create something more personal and lasting. Following her move to Enkhuizen and her journey into motherhood, Mimine was born, a place where care, creativity, and connection come together.

Today, Mimine brings together two worlds. On one side, a warm and thoughtful environment for children through our Speelstad and buitenschoolse opvang (BSO), focused on emotional development, creativity, and genuine attention. On the other, an artisan bakery where we create luxury cakes and refined treats for birthdays, weddings, and other special occasions.

At Mimine, everything is made with care, from organic, homemade products to the way we welcome each child and family. It is a place to grow, to celebrate, and to feel at home.
