Having spent a decade working in luxury hotels across France and various parts of the world, I discovered a new perspective while residing in Australia. A shift in priorities led me to seek purpose in everything I do. It was during this transformative period, while expecting my daughter, that my husband and I relocated to the beautiful city of Enkhuizen. It was there that Mimine  was born.

 

Mimine is more than just a Bakery; it's a heartfelt endeavor to serve the community with handcrafted cakes that ignite joy and foster a deeper connection during every special occasion.
